  The EGO Lawn Mower might fail to drive if the combined Ah of the inserted batteries is less than 15Ah. Batteries totaling 15Ah (2 X BA4200/BA4200T) or more are required. The mower might also fail to drive if the parking-brake pedal is set in the braking position, so fully depress the parking-brake pedal to release it. The lap bars may not be in the open position, so return the lap bars to the open position and restart the mower. Ensure the operator is correctly seated. In cold weather, store the mower and battery in a warm environment and restart when warmed up. Recommended operating temperature is 32°F–104°F (0°C–40°C).

  If your EGO Lawn Mower stops driving, the lap bars may need a reset. Return the lap bars to the open position and restart the mower. The seat switch might have disconnected during driving on rough terrain. Remove the battery and disassemble the seat to inspect the seat switch connection, then reassemble the seat and restart the mower.

  If the EGO Lawn Mower fails to start the blades, first ensure that the combined Ah of the inserted batteries is at least 15Ah. If it is not, batteries totaling 15Ah (2 X BA4200/BA4200T) or more are required. Also, check if the PTO switch is pushed down. If not, push it downward and restart the mower’s blades. If the mower is overloaded, start grass cutting in lower blade speed first and do not accelerate the blade speed until the blades are rotating successfully. In cold weather, store the mower and battery in a warm environment and restart when warmed up. Recommended operating temperature is 32°F–104°F (0°C–40°C).

  If the blades on your EGO Lawn Mower stop working, it could be due to several reasons. The mower might be overloaded, so raise the deck cutting height or slow down the driving speed to reduce the load. The mower deck could be clogged with grass and debris; clean the mower deck to ensure the blades can move freely. Overheating can also cause this issue, so reduce the mower's load and allow it to cool. If the battery pack(s) are overheated, and the combined Ah rating of all inserted batteries is below 15Ah, the mower will not work until more battery packs are inserted. If the mower is in Limp-Home mode, the blades are automatically switched into low rotation speed; stop working and drive to the battery charging area as soon as possible.
