TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The electric zero turn
mower fails to drive when
the two lap bars are pushed
forward or backward at the
beginning.
Lap bar icon blinks
◾
The combined Ah of the inserted batteries is less
than 15Ah.
◾
In order to start this mower, EGO batteries totaling
15Ah (2 X BA4200/BA4200T) or more are required.
For best performance, we recommend use of EGO
batteries that total 30Ah or more.
◾
The parking-brake pedal is set in the braking
position.
◾
Fully depress the parking-brake pedal to release it
from the braking position.
◾
The lap bars are not in the open position when
starting the mower.
◾
Return the lap bars to the open position and restart
the mower.
◾
The operator is not sitting on the seat.
◾
Only when the operator correctly sits on the seat, can
he operate the mower.
◾
The seat switch is not connected correctly.
◾
Under extreme cold weather, the driving function
may not start successfully due to the low
temperature protection.
◾
Remove the battery from the mower and disassemble
the seat in the reverse order of the instructions in
section "SEAT INSTALLATION" in this manual to
inspect the seat switch connection. Reassemble the
seat and follow the instructions in "STARTING THE
ELECTRIC ZERO TURN MOWER" to restart the mower
to see if the mower can be started. If not, contact a
qualied service technician for repair.

Always store the mower and battery in warm
environment. Restart the mower when it is warmed
up. Please do not make repeated attempts under
extreme cold weather which may damage the
machine. Recommended operating temperature is
32°F–104°F (0°C–40°C).
The electric zero turn
mower stops driving.
◾
Lap bars require a “reset”.
◾
Return the lap bars to the open position and restart
the mower.
◾
The electric controlling components of the lap
bars are failed.
◾
Contact a qualied service technician for repair.
◾
The seat switch got disconnected during driving
on a rough terrain.
◾
Remove the battery from the mower and disassemble
the seat in the reverse order of the instructions in
section "SEAT INSTALLATION" in this manual to
inspect the seat switch connection. Reassemble the
seat and follow the instructions in "STARTING THE
ELECTRIC ZERO TURN MOWER" to restart the mower
to see if the mower can be started. If not, contact a
qualied service technician for repair.
The driving speed/driving
mode cannot be adjusted
during driving.
◾
This is a feature of the electric zero turn mower
for safe driving.
◾
The function will activate only when the mower
wheels are stopped and the lap bars are open.
