UNFOLDING THE SHAFT (ONLY FOR ST1500SF)
WARNING:
In order to avoid pinching your hands or fingers, do not hold the
shaft at the joints.
WARNING:
Do not attempt to start the trimmer until the shaft has been locked.
1. Remove the battery pack from the
trimmer.
2. Put your trimmer on the ground and
carefully unfold the shaft. Make sure
that the cable is inside the shaft
so that it will not be pinched when
closing the joints (Fig. 2).
3. Use the supplied hex wrench to lock
the shaft with the bolts supplied
(Fig. 3).
