  If your EGR RollTrac isn't locking or unlocking the tailgate, consider the following: * Check the cover's position on the bed, paying attention to the vertical position of the tailgate rail relative to the handrail and the front-to-back position of the side rail rear corner blocks relative to the tailgate rail, as outlined in the installation instructions. * Inspect all components to ensure they are securely mounted and free from debris or damage. * If the vehicle tailgate is too high relative to the bed side rails, lift the cover by applying additional layers of protective film along the bed sides. * With the cover fully closed and the tailgate down, verify the operation of the lock latches using both the key fob and the key.
