How to troubleshoot Einhell Royal PKS 1635/1 Chainsaw when the motor does not run?

If the motor of your Einhell Royal Chainsaw doesn't run, first check the socket, cable, and plug to ensure they are properly connected and undamaged. If the cable is damaged, it should be repaired by a qualified Customer Service professional; do not attempt to repair it with insulating tape. Also, damaged switches must be replaced by a Customer Service workshop. Check the chain brake and release it, if necessary.
