  If your Mobi View eInstruction Toy is not communicating, here are a few things to try: * Press the touchscreen to reactivate it, as Mobi View goes into “sleep” mode after 15 minutes of inactivity by default. * From the Settings screen, select the Pair with Hub button, or from the Device Manager utility, try reconnecting the board. * If you are in a multi-device environment, ensure you are using the Mobi View RF hub.

What to do if pens are not charging for eInstruction Toy?

  If the pens for your eInstruction Toy are not charging, check the following: * Ensure you have removed the plastic tab from the pen battery compartment. * Make sure the pens are properly seated in the pen charger and that Mobi View is charged. When Mobi View is turned on, the Pen Charging icon should appear on the home screen while the pen is charging.

  If Device Manager for your eInstruction Toy is not found, check if Device Manager is running. Select the eInstruction icon in the system tray to open Device Manager and restart Mobi View.

  If your annotations are not lining up with the pen when using the Notes feature on your eInstruction Toy, recalibrate the touchscreen. Select Settings > Calibrate Touchscreen and follow the calibration wizard.
