9.12 Options
9.12.1 Contrast / Tone
"Contrast"
The contrast is adjustable in a range of 1 to 10. Normally a
contrast value of 5 is a good mid-range value, but with higher or
lower surrounding temperatures changes may be necessary.
"Tone"
Activates / deactivates the sound.
9.12.2 Histories
The device saves internal events of the most recent weeks of operation.
"History of calibration values"
Calibration values of the last weeks, according to the following
scheme:
"Date Time Calibration value"
"Error History"
Errors of the last weeks, according to the following scheme:
"Date Time Error code"
The error code is only of importance for service staff.
9.12.3 Device control
"Reset to factory settings"
The device resets all selectable parameters back to factory
default settings. The device is able to measure, but the EDP
transmission and the barcode may no longer work.
"Barcode-Test"(optional, only C_line Clinic)
A test is carried out to determine whether the device correctly
reads the used barcodes, and whether barcode labels have
been stuck on the sample tubes correctly (see section 6.3, page
22). Place the sample tube in the sample holder and start the
test. Follow the instructions on the display.
