A special feature of your ELAC subwoofer is ESP. It provides clear bass reproduction and ensures that there are no
distortions from overdriving the amplifier and / or the drive units.
ELAC’s ESP® is a frequency and power dependent electronic stabilization programme.
ELAC’s subwoofers perform similarly to a that of a car, where the electronic stabilization programme controls the car’s
stability to keep it in it’s lane in all situations. In comparison to conventional subwoofers without ESP®, it is almost
impossible to overdrive active subwoofers that use ESP®!
