7. SYSTEMS AND CIRCUITS
7.1. POSITION OF SEACOCKS AND THROUGH-HULL FITTINGS
Keep the seacocks closed when not in operation to avoid the possibility of
water penetration or leakage.
When sailing, the sacocks must be kept closed.
When sailing close the water tank connection valve.

OPERATION:
The seacock is OPEN when the lever is in line with the pipe.
The seacock is CLOSED when the lever is at right angle (90 degrees).
Keep seacocks, cockpit drains, bungs and other opening/closing devices in
the hull closed or open, as appropriate, to minimize the risk of flooding.
