This oven features no.4 (gs. 2.1a, 2.1b)
dierent thermostatic control functions to
satisfy all cooking requirements, provided
by 3 heating elements:
• upper element;
• lower element;
• grill element.
NO TE:
Upon rst use, it is advisable to operate
the oven at the maximum temperature for
60 minutes in the position
to eliminate
possible traces of grease on the heating
elements.
Repeat the operation for another 20 minutes
with the grill element on as explained in the
chapters “TRADITIONAL GRILLING” and
“USE OF THE GRILL”.

Heating and cooking in the natural
convection oven are obtained in the
following ways:
a. b y n o r m a l c o n v e c t i o n
The heat is produced by the upper and
lower heating elements.

The heat is radiated by the infrared
