Factory Returns Procedures
If a part or the entire product is to be returned, call Electric Mobility Customer Service Centre to obtain a
Return Authorisation Number that must be placed on the return package or crate. This number is used to
identify the customer
, the part and the type of repair. Any part or product received without this number will be
returned to the sender at their expense.
In the event that you must return the product, a customer service representative can help you make the
necessary arrangements. T
o help us serve you as quickly as possible have your serial number and your order
number ready when you call. When ordering parts, please have your method of payment ready (i.e. credit card
number and expiration date, cheque or COD etc.)
