If the ELECTRO FREEZE Freezer is running continually and the product inside is getting colder, first, ensure the spigot is completely closed and not engaged. Next, check that the spigot is properly seated in the head by pushing it down. If these steps don't resolve the issue, there may be a problem with the spigot switch, thermostat, starter relay, time delay, or suction pressure. In such cases, it is best to contact your Electro Freeze Distributor for service.
