First, ensure the ELECTRO FREEZE freezer is plugged in. If it is, check the fuse or breaker at the main disconnect; ensure the freezer is on an independent circuit. A technician should verify the fuse or breaker size and check for low voltage. Also, make sure the actuator rod is installed and check the water supply. For circuit breaker issues, faulty selector switches, or disconnected wires, contact your Electro Freeze Distributor for service.
