  If the ELECTRO FREEZE Freezer is not operating, first, ensure it is properly plugged in. Also, verify the fuse hasn't blown or the breaker hasn't tripped; the freezer should be on its own circuit. Check the water supply if it's off on high pressure cut-out control. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it may be due to an actuator rod not installed, a tripped circuit breaker, a faulty selector switch, or a disconnected/broken wire. In such cases, it's best to contact your Electro Freeze distributor for service.

  If the dispensed product from your ELECTRO FREEZE Freezer is too soft (temperature above 28°F [-2.2°C]), the condenser might be dirty or blocked, restricting airflow. Try unblocking the condenser or have it cleaned by your Electro Freeze distributor. If that doesn't solve the issue, it could be due to the torque control not being set firmly enough, a component failure, or a leak in the refrigeration system. For these latter issues, it's best to contact your Electro Freeze distributor for service.
