What to do if ELECTRO FREEZE Freezer does not operate?

If your ELECTRO FREEZE freezer isn't operating, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the freezer is properly plugged in. If it is, check the fuse or breaker at the main disconnect; a service technician should ensure the freezer is on a separate, independent circuit. Low voltage can also be a culprit; have a technician check the voltage and call the power company if it's not within 10% of the nameplate rating. Other potential causes include the beater motor being out on overload (allow it to cool, reset the breaker, and check product consistency), high pressure (contact your Electro Freeze Distributor), or a component failure (also contact your Electro Freeze Distributor).
