Messages and Error codes (Valid to june 2013)
Messages Cause Action
The pan is not in working position.
The grid is fully or partly open.
Overheating of heating element.
The heat will shut off in the event
of a fault to the element sensor.
STOP has been pressed during
operation.
Overloaded agitator
Interrupt in PT-1000 sensor
Short circuit in PT-1000 sensor
Interrupt in PT-1000 sensor
Short circuit in PT-1000 sensor
Fault in water meter
or
no water in to the pan
Manual water filling
in progress
The boiling pan has been without
power /the emergency button is
pressed.
SVI, SPI, during cooling, the boiling
pan has become de-energized.
Red LED in START flashes. The following
text appears in the display:
TILTING
Xh XXmin XXX°C
ATOR 000rpm
AGITATOR
LID/GRID ON
Buzzer sounds and the following text appears
in the display:
ELEMENT
OVERHEATED
INTERRUPT?
YES PRESS STOP
NO PRESS START
The agitator has stopped. The following text
appears in the display:
OVERLOADED
SHUT-OFF BOILING PAN
DURING APPROX 1 MIN
PT-1000 FOOD
INTERRUPT
PT-1000 FOOD
SHORT CIRCUIT
PT-1000 ELEMENT
INTERRUPT
PT-1000 ELEMENT

The Reset button is lit
Red LED in the START button is lit. Boiling is
selected.
The boiling pan does NOT heat up.
Press Tilt return .
Close the grid and press Agitator start .
•Press On/Off . The display goes out.
•Wait 5 seconds!
•Press On/Off . Display lights.
If the warning is still lit:
•Press On/Off to close the pan.
The display goes out.
See Warning! Overheating and contact authorised personnel.
Follow the instructions in the display.
• Press STOP to stop.
or
• Press START to return to the program.
• Press On/Off
The display goes out.
Wait for approx 1 minute
Increase agitator speed
or
Reduce the amount of food in the pan
•Press On/Off . Display lights.
Contact authorised personnel.
Contact authorised personnel.
Contact authorised personnel.

Contact authorised personnel.
Press STOP to interrupt the manual water filling.
Reset the emergency stop and push the reset button.
If the boiling pan has been de-energized wait approximately 20s,
then push the reset button. Still failure, contact service person-
nel.
Start the COOLING program and stop it after approximately
20 seconds.
Restart the BOILING program.
Only boiling pans with Ice-water cooling.
