Connection in Extraction Mode
When installing in extraction mode, con-
nect the hood to the chimney using ei-
ther a exible or rigid pipe ø 150 or 125
mm, the choice of which is left to the
installer.
To install a ø 125 mm air exhaust con-
nection, insert the reducer ange G
on the hood body air outlet and the
adapting ring ø120-125 F on the re-
ducer ange.
Fix the pipe in position using sufcient
pipe clamps (not supplied).
Remove any activated charcoal l-
ters.
Connection in Recirculation Mode
When the hood is tted in the recircu-
lation mode the Air Outlet Connection
H should be tted as illustrated .
Fit the (optional) charcoal lters by
repeating the following operation on
each side of the motor housing. Place
the two key hole slots in the lter and
turn the lter clockwise to lock the
lter in position.
WARNING: It is a possible re hazard if
the metal grease lters are not cleaned
and the charcoal lters replaced regu-
larly.
IMPORTANT:
When installing this product in recircula-
tion mode over a gas hob or Gas coo-
ker and between adjacent wall mounted
cupboards. The installer must ensure
that there is no gap between the edge
of the canopy and wall cup-boards.
