• To clean metal surfaces, use a usual
cleaning agent.
• Clean the appliance interior after each
use. Then you can remove dirt more
easily and it does not burn on.
• Clean stubborn dirt with a special oven
cleaner.
• Clean all accessories after each use
and let them dry. Use a soft cloth with
warm water and a cleaning agent.
• If you have nonstick accessories, do
not clean them using aggressive
agents, sharp-edged objects or a dish-
washer. It can cause damage to the
nonstick layer.
12.1 Pyrolytic cleaning
With the Pyrolytic function, you can clean
the appliance using pyrolysis. Set the
function in the Cleaning menu.
WARNING!
The appliance becomes very hot.
There is the risk of burns.
Before you start the Pyrolytic
function, remove all the removable
parts (the shelf support rails, the
accessories, etc.) from the appli-
ance.

Activate the appliance.

Touch or to set the Cleaning
menu. Touch OK.

Touch or to set the Pyrolytic
function. Touch OK.

Touch or to set the duration for
the cleaning.
– AUTO - the appliance automatical-
ly calculates which pyrolytic cycle
to use.
– LIGHT - for a low level of dirt (1 h)
– NORMAL - for a medium level of
dirt (1 h 30 min)
– INTENSE - for a high level of dirt (2
h 30 min)

The display shows the messages.
Touch OK after each message.
When the appliance operates at the
preset temperature, the door locks.
When the pyrolytic cycle starts,
the lamp does not work and the
cooling fan works at a higher
speed.
Do not open the door during the heating
up time. If you open the door, you will
cancel the pyrolytic cleaning cycle.
To stop the pyrolytic cleaning cycle, touch
.
Do not use the appliance until the door
lock symbol is off.
12.2 Cleaning reminder
It shows you when to do the cleaning.
The display shows a message after the
appliance operates for some hours.
Activate and deactivate the Cleaning re-
minder function in the menu Cleaning .
The Cleaning reminder function deacti-
vates when you set the appliance to the
factory settings.
