E51: Motor power TRIAC short-circuited

Activation of the protection system for the Triac short-circuit (after 5 attempts separated by a
5-minute pause, during the cycle, immediately if recognised at the start of the cycle or
during diagnostics)
Reconnect connector J11 to the
main circuit board, detach the
connector from the motor, and
access phase 8 of the
diagnostic cycle.
Is alarm E51 still shown?
Replace the circuit board and repeat the diagnostic cycle to check
for any further alarms.
Check/replace the wiring and repeat the diagnostic cycle to check for
any further alarms.
E52 is probably
shown: replace the
motor and repeat the
diagnostic cycle to
check for any further
alarms.
Check for any water residue
on the motor/motor
connector.
Is there any water?
Detach the connector from the
motor and measure between
the terminals and the motor
casing. –(see Fig.10)-
Is there any dispersion?
