- General Cleaning:
- Clean the front of the oven with a soft cloth, warm water, and mild detergent.
- Use a cleaning solution for metal surfaces and a mild detergent for stains.
- Clean the cavity after each use to prevent fat accumulation and fire hazards.
- Dry the cavity with a soft cloth after each use to reduce moisture condensation.
- Clean all accessories after each use with warm water and a mild detergent; do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp-edged objects on non-stick accessories.
- Aqua Clean (Cavity Embossment Cleaning): This procedure uses humidity to remove fat and food particles. It involves pouring 200 ml of water into the cavity embossment, setting the oven to 90°C for 30 minutes, then waiting for it to cool and drying with a soft cloth.
- Cleaning Cavity Embossment (for limestone residue): Pour 250 ml of white vinegar (max 6%) into the embossment, let it dissolve for 30 minutes at ambient temperature, then clean with warm water and a soft cloth. This should be done every 5-10 cooking cycles when using True Fan Cooking PLUS.
- Removing Shelf Supports: Instructions are provided for easy removal and reinstallation of shelf supports for thorough cleaning of the oven cavity.
