7.1 Safety Messages
Decal location : Near to the collection
bag handle. Warns of danger of hand
injuries. Always wait until the shred kni-
ves have come to a complete stop before
opening the shredding screen of the
shredding chamber. It is essential to
ensure that the engine is shut off prior
to removing the collecting bag.

Decal location : On the flat face of the
motor bed plate. This decal is used to
denote all the safety precautions using
icons.
1. Read this owner's manual carefully in
its entirety before attempting to operate
this unit.
2. Always wear the appropriate protecti-
ve garment when operating the machine
(protective gloves, safety goggles, hea-
ring protectors).
3. Performing maintenance or operating
the machine can be source of hand inju-
ries. The need for safe operation practi-
ces is something that cannot be overem-
phasized !
