Conditions to make the guarantee effective:
1. To access the warranty of the spare parts installed or sold by an authorized distributor, you must present an invoice and work order
with which the previous entry was registered.
2. The warranty is subject to technical review by the service center to determine the fault.
Conditions to make the guarantee effective:
1. 2 preventive maintenances are required during the first year, which must be carried out directly in the place where it was motor instaled;
and must be registered according to the maintenance times established on the FIXER platform – www.fixer.com.co.
2. A review must be carried out 30 days after installation to verify the operation of the product at the installation site, guaranteeing the
conditions of use.
3. If during the first 5 days after the purchase the equipment presents malfunctions that are related to manufacturing defects, the product
will be granted a 5D WARRANTY, which will allow the equipment to be replaced with a new one. Within these 5 business days, the custo-
mer must deliver the product to the nearest service center or request collection through fixer.com.co. For more details, consult the guaran-
