The product must have been obtained through one of our authorized stores or distributors.
In order to process any warranty claim, it will be necessary for the final consumer or distributor to present the product with the defect and
a original copy of the invoice to the Corporate Service Center (CSC) and/or Authorized Service Center (CSA). These documents will be
necessary for the Service Center to initiate the warranty claim process.
The product cannot have evidence of having been uncovered, intervened or manipulated by unauthorized personnel.
The product must have been installed by authorized personnel. In case of damage due to poor installation, the guarantee will not apply.
The client must request their respective preventive maintenance which will be provided exclusively by authorized personnel. If the equip-
ment suffers damage due to lack of maintenance, the guarantee will not be granted and the customer must pay the value of the repair or
spare part(s) required.
Any corrective repair in mechanical parts will have a 3-month warranty and a 1-month electrical warranty, (Does not apply to repairs made
by someone other than authorized and certified personnel, as well as damage due to incorrect use, alterations, abuse, natural wear or
accidents.
If the gearmotor of the equipment purchased by the
customer shows any damage due to manufacturing
defects or internal mismatch detected when installing the
equipment.
The (CSS) / (CSA) will replace the required parts or,
failing that, the gear motor at no cost.
In the Elite line, the 2-year warranty covers boards
and electrical parts. The (CSS) / (CSA) undertakes to
replace or repair any part that fails due to damage due
to factory defects.
Remote controls have a 1 year warranty for
manufacturing defects.
They are considered wear parts for which they have a
6-month warranty, taking into account that the failure
that the accessory presents is related to a factory
defect.
