Fabric preparation
Add 1 cm (3/8˝) to the zipper size. This is the overall
opening size.

Place the right sides of the fabric together and sew to the
end of the opening with a 2 cm (3/4˝) seam allowance.
Reverse stitch to lock the seams.
Manually increase the stitch length to 5.0 and baste the
zipper opening with the thread tension loosened to 1-3.

Attaching the zipper foot
Fit the pin on zipper foot E to the groove on the foot
holder.

(A): To sew the left side of the zipper, attach the zipper
foot with the pin on the right-hand side.
(B): To sew the right side of the zipper, attach the zipper
foot with the pin on the left-hand side.
