Factory reset
To perform a factory reset:
1. Turn Elvie Stride 2 on.
2. Press and hold both simultaneously for five seconds.
3. Play/Pause and Intensity Lights will flash while Elvie Stride 2 is resetting.
4. All of the lights on your Hub will then turn o.

This is a single-user product. Use by more than one person may present a health
risk and voids the warranty. This product may only be returned for a refund within
30 days of purchase provided it is new, unopened, unused and in its original
packaging with the manufacturer’s factory seal still intact.
