If your control solution testing is out of range (too high or too low), it
maybe caused by the following:

• Wrong brand of Control Solu-
tion being used
• Control solution not at room
temperature
• Expired or contaminated con-
trol solution
• Damaged test strip.
• Meter malfunction
• Make sure you are using
Embrace™ Control Solution.
• Make sure the testing environ-
ment is between 50˚F~104˚F.
• Check the expiration and open
bottle date on both the control
solution and test strips. Repeat
testing using a new test strip. If
the result is still out of range,
use a new bottle of control solu-
tion and retest.
• If problem persists, call our au-
thorized dealer
