Trouble Shooting
If fault: Possible cause Remedy
Actuator (valve) is not
operating!
No oil pressure Check the oil pressure at supply unit (it
should be 135 bar).
The cross-over valve on the
actuator is not fully closed.
Make sure the cross-over valve is fully
closed.
Some models only!
The throttle on the control
block is set to minimum flow.
Open the throttle on the control block.
No open signal from actuator Stroke is reduced by incorrect
mountin
g
Ensure that stroke is according to valve
requirements.

Faulty adjustment of indicator Adjust the indicator.
See DPI data sheet SD 2000-0E07 page 2.
No closed signal from actuator Stroke is reduced by incorrect
mounting
Ensure that stroke is according to valve
requirements.

Incorrect adjustment of the
indicator
Adjust the indicator

The actuator stroke does not
match the valve stroke
Check actuator stroke mark in the
bottom of the actuator (ref. ‘Determine
the Configured Stroke’ on page 23 in this
instruction).
Wrong indicator bushing Check indicator bushing without
dismantle. See ‘Determine the
Configured Stroke’ on page 23 in this
instruction.
Request correct size of indicator bushing.
Replace the indicator bushing (ref.
‘Assembling the Actuator’ in this
instruction). Note! This may compromise
warranty.
Wrong yoke Consult specific PSM list and get correct
yoke
