2.3 Mounting the threaded version
2.3.1 Seal and protect the threads
• Use anti-seize paste or PTFE tape according to site procedures.
A gasket may be used as a sealant for BSPP (G) threaded connections.
2.3.2 Threaded vessel (tank) or pipework connection
• Vertical installation.
Tighten using the hexagon only
