3. Remove the mattress from the plastic
bag (discard safely) Insert the mattress.
WARNING
• Do not use additional mattresses
in the bassinet. Use only the
Emmaljunga original mattress that
comes with the bassinet.
• Risk of suffocation. Do not let children
play with plastic bags.
4. Pull the hood up. Attach the apron
using the velcro straps on each side of
the bassinet. The hood can be folded
up and down in the desired position by
pulling or pushing the hood.
5. The hood is attached to the bassinet
with velcro strips.
6 For ventilation, open the velcro stap on
the hood and pull it up. You can fasten
the hood in place by folding under and
securing it with the press stud on the
inside of the hood. The ventilation and
Insect net on the back of the hood is
now visible. (only on certain models)
2) Thermobase
The Bassinet is equipped with a
Thermobase ventilation, which is an
insulated / ventilated bottom for optimal
comfort for your child in all kinds of
weather. Open the ventilation by pulling
the handle towards you. Close the vent by
moving the handle away from you.
3) Insect net
1. Attach the Insect net using the zip on
the edge of the hood.
2. To secure the insect net fasten the
press stud to the inside of the hood
(See picture). Repeat on the other side.
4) Removeable inner lining
Removable inner lining. We recommend
hand washing. Drip dry.
5) Adjusting the backrest in the
bassinet
1. Lift the plastic backrest, pull out the
metal frame.
2. Press the metal frame so it rest on the
metal bar.
6) Attach the bassinet
Put on the brake. Lift the bassinet with
the handlebars on each side and place it
onto the frame. Press down so that the
bassinet locks into place you will hear a
”click” on both sides.
WARNING
• Always check that the bassinet is
properly attached in the locked
position on both sides.
• 2:2 Never use the bassinet in the
position with the hood placed towards
the handlebar (see picture).The hood
on the bassinet should always be
placed away from the handlebar
7) Remove the bassinet
1. Put on the brake. on the sides of the
bassinet base, push in the buttons
on each side and Lift the bassinet
upwards.
WARNING
• Always check that the bassinet
is properly secured in the locked
position on both sides.
• Always use the bassinet lifting handle
as illustrated. This is very important!
• Never leave the bassinet near the
stairs,on the top of a table or in places
where it can fall off.
• Do not use the bassinet as a cradle
outdoors or on uneven surfaces.
• Do not use the bassinet as a bed for
your child.
8) Folding the bassinet
1. Remove the mattress. Fold the plastic
backrest towards the centre.
2. Pull the bar using the easy pull handle
along the bottom of the bassinet.
Repeat both in the foot end and the
head end.
