Assembly of Hood
• Press the two plastic legs, one on each side of the hood, into the
two plastic receiverson the seat frame, one on each side. Make
sure they click securely into place.
• Attach the hood to the seat unit by fastening the poppers on both
sides.
IMPORTANT
• Never carry the seat unit by the hood.
• Open the zipper on the hood collar and pull out the hood apron.
Assembly of Apron
(Smart has a combined apron for both the seat-unit and pram
body)
• Slip the apron over the footrest and bring it ttoward the front of the
hood. Attach the apron with the four poppers, two on each side of
the hood.
IMPORTANT
• The hood cannot be puched back with the apron attached.
• Fasten the two plastic hooks (13) on the hood skirt (12), to the
metal bar (14) of the seat recline mechanism.
• Models with poppers on the hood skirt: Use the two poppers on
the bottom edge of the hood to secure the hood to the rear of the
backrest.
IMPORTANT
• The hood should always be tted when the vehicle is in use and the
poppers/hooks should always be secured.
