Function Description:

The device is a massage bathtub designed for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. It features a hydro massage system with water jets, a pneumatic switch for controlling massage functions and LED lighting, and a square three-piece set faucet for hot and cold water, as well as waterfall/sprinkling style transfer. The bathtub is equipped with a drainage system including a drain cover with overflow.

Important Technical Specifications:

  • Power Supply: Universal home power.
  • Leakage Protection: External circuitry requires a high-sensitive and fast-type leakage protection switch. Induced current rating should be below 15MA, trip time less than 0.1 second, and rated current above 30A.
  • Grounding: The product must be installed with grounding and an electric leakage switch by a qualified licensed electrician. Earthed appliances must be permanently connected to fixed wiring.
  • Water Connections:
    • Drainage hole: ≥ Ø1.97 inches.
    • Cold/hot water hoses: 1/2" external thread connectors, outstand the wall 1.18 inches.
    • Drain-pipe slope: Above 1:50.
  • Water Temperature (Whirlpool): Should never exceed 104°F (40°C). Temperatures between 100°F (38°C) and 104°F (40°C) are considered safe for healthy adults. Pregnant women should limit water temperature to 100°F (38°C).
  • Electrical Safety: Parts containing live parts (except safety extra-low voltage not exceeding 12V) must be inaccessible. Electrical components (except remote control devices) must be located or fixed so they cannot fall into the bath. Electrical leakage protection switch should be installed outside the bathroom. No electric appliances should be within 5 feet/1.5 meters of the bathtub.

  • Safety Distance: The safe distance between power supply and water supply should be not less than 30cm.

Usage Features:

  • Leveling Feet: Adjustable leveling feet are provided to ensure the bathtub is perfectly level, preventing increased noise, remaining water in hoses/drainage, or shaking.
  • Water Connection: Connects to 1/2" external thread cold/hot water hoses. A filter screen is recommended to prevent debris from entering the bathtub pipe.
  • Electrical Connection: Requires a proper dedicated plug with a ground electrode. The ground must be connected to the motor's ground terminal, the stainless steel frame, and the plug's ground wires.
  • Faucet Operation:
    • Cold Water Switch (A): Marked with letter C.
    • Hot Water Switch (B): Marked with letter H.
    • Waterfall/Sprinkling Style Transferable Switch (C): Marked with an icon.
    • Water Inflow and Temperature Control (B): Pull handle up to open (higher for stronger force), push down to close. Rotate left or right to set water temperature.
  • Water Jets:
    • Big Water Jets: Rotate clockwise/anticlockwise to adjust water force. Turn up, down, left, or right to adjust the angle of inflow.
    • Small Water Jets: Turn up, down, left, or right to adjust the angle of inflow.
  • Pneumatic Switch (for massage and LED light): Press once to turn on massage function and 7-color LED light. Press again to turn off. (Only for models with pneumatic switch).
  • Hydro Massage Flow Rate Control Switch: Rotate clockwise to decrease water column strength, anticlockwise to increase. (Only for models with hydro massage flow rate control switch).
  • Manual Drainage: Rotate the drain cover clockwise to close the drain, anticlockwise to open. Excess water will be drained by overflow when the water level exceeds the maximum.

Maintenance Features:

  • Pre-Installation Water Test: Before installation, place the tub on a flat surface, adjust leveling feet, check connections, fill with water to overflow for 10 minutes to check for leaks, then run all functions for a few minutes to inspect for defects.
  • Freezing Prevention: Always empty the bathtub and pipes during winter use to prevent freezing and rupture.
  • Water Type: Use only standard tap water. Well water can cause corrosion.
  • Protection from Damage:
    • Avoid direct ultraviolet or bright light to prevent aging.
    • Keep away from cigarette butts, hair dryers, and other heat sources to prevent high-temperature deformation.
    • Do not drop or strike the bathtub with hard objects.
    • Protect the bathtub with cardboard during installation.
    • Do not put fire on the bathtub.
    • Do not stand on the bathtub.
  • Cleaning:
    • Keep the bathtub ventilated and dry when not in use.
    • Avoid contact with corrosive substances.

    • Do not use acids, alkalis, organic solvents, or acidic/alkaline cleaning agents.
    • For stubborn stains, use a clean cloth impregnated with a little alcohol.
    • For plating parts, use cotton fabric to scrub.
  • Scratch Repair: Light scratches and dulled areas can be restored using NO. 1200 waterproof sandpaper (dipped in water) for coarse grinding, then NO. 2000 waterproof sandpaper (dipped in water) for fine grinding, followed by polishing with a soft cloth and polishing agent.
  • Pump and Pipe Circulation System Flush: Flush before first use and monthly.
    1. Do not run the jet massage system dry.
    2. Fill tub with hot water (approx. 40°C) 2-3 cm above jets, add 2-3 teaspoons of low foaming detergent.
    3. Turn on all functions for 10 minutes.
    4. Drain tub completely.
    5. Fill tub with cold water above jets.
    6. Turn on all functions for 15 minutes.
