Standard Strike Plate Door Jamb Preparation

Strike Plate Installation

Latch Installation

Step 4 A: Place Alignment Tool

Place the plastic alignment tool in the bore hole for latch installation.

Step 4 B: Insert Latch

Insert the latch through the alignment tool for proper positioning.

Step 4 C: Fasten Latch

Secure the latch using two #8 x 3/4" wood screws.

CF Cassette Installation

Step 5 A: Install Spindle and Cassette A

Install spindle and CF Cassette A, ensuring correct orientation for lever actuation.

Step 5 B: Install Cassette B

Place CF Cassette B with arrow pointing to door edge and fasten with screws.

Rosette Installation

Step 6 A: Place Rosette

Position the rosette onto the door for subsequent fastening.

Step 6 B: Secure Rosette

Use the Ring Fastener Wrench to secure the rosette to the door.

Trim Installation and Final Checks

Step 6 C: Slide Lever;Knob onto Spindle

Slide the door lever or knob onto the spindle for attachment.

Step 6 D: Tighten Set Screw

Firmly tighten the pre-installed set screw using the hex torque wrench.

Step 6 E: Repeat and Test Functionality

Repeat for the opposite side and test lock functionality, including privacy pin.
