Step III
1. Turn Locking Knob (145)
counterclockwise to release it.
2. Pull Locking Knob (145) outward to
unlock the latch.
3. Pull up Rail Assembly (15) until Locking
Knob (145) locks and turn it clockwise
to tighten.
Step IV Folding finished.
