What to do if Energic Plus Battery Charger does not react and LED is OFF?

If your Energic Plus Battery Charger doesn't react when connected to the battery and the LED panel remains off, there are several possible causes. First, check the battery connectors and harness to ensure they are properly connected. It's also possible that the charger has been connected to the forklift motor connector instead of the battery, so disconnect the forklift motor and connect the battery. Also verify the polarities of the charger, connectors, and battery, as reversed output cables can cause this issue and potentially blow the output fuse. Inspect the board connectors (green) for bad connections. In some cases, the control board itself may be faulty and need replacement.
