First, ensure the battery connectors/harness are properly connected. Second, verify that the charger is connected directly to the battery and not the forklift motor connector. Also, check the polarities of the charger, connectors, and battery, as reversed output cables can blow the output fuse. Inspect the control board connectors (green) for any issues. If these steps don't resolve the problem, the control board itself might be faulty and require replacement.
