My Tikee does not turn on
Make sure that your Tikee battery is charged. To charge it, use a USB cable.
My Tikee is not operating
Press and hold the Power button for about 10 seconds. The camera turns on again.
One (or more) LED no longer lights
Contact us by sending an email to support@enlaps.fr.
The microSD card no longer works
Reformat the microSD via the mobile application: tab ‘’Main menu’’ and then ‘’Advanced settings’’.
Caution! Back up the data stored on the microSD card rst and foremost.

1. Turn o your Tikee
2. Close Enlaps mobile app
3. Turn o the Bluetooth connection on your mobile
4. Turn on your Tikee
5. Activate the Bluetooth connection on your mobile
6. Open Enlaps mobile app
7. Pair your Tikee with the mobile app
