What to do if the Entron EN1000 sequences but will not weld?

If the Entron Controller sequences properly but does not weld, first check any external weld/no weld switch or the WELD/NO WELD switch on the front panel, ensuring proper operation and secure wiring. If no external switch is present, use a jumper across NW1 & GND. Then, verify the welding transformer is connected to the lugs in the control (H1 and H2). Inspect for corroded or open connections, ensuring the welding electrodes close on the workpiece. If issues persist, the Terminal Strip/Firing PCB or the Control/Display PCB may be defective and need replacement with a board of the same A/N. Also check for missing phase.
General
