RECOMMENDED TREATMENT GUIDELINES
The following treatment guidelines are recommended for using the Edge
device:
Treating the entire face takes 3-4 minutes. For shorter treatment times,
focus on selected areas of concern. Treatment times dier for each
person.
For optimal results, use the Edge device 2-3 times a week.
After treatment, maintain your regular skincare routine.
Make sure that you allow at least one day in between treatments on the
same treatment area.
Response to Edge treatment may diers between individuals depending
on environmental and biological factors, heredity and aging.
Please avoid direct sun exposure right after treatment.
This chapter describes how to troubleshoot problems that may arise when
using the Edge device.
If your Edge device is not working, take the following steps:
Ensure that you have removed the device’s protective cover.
Ensure that the Power button is not stuck in and verify both headlight
and low level led will turn white.
Make sure the treatment level LED are working.
Make sure that the device is fully charged (the led color is steady green)
Ensure that the Trigger button is not stuck in and verify the Blue LED is
illuminating followed by a soft vibration and “Beep” sound.
If one of the above is not working properly contact the service center
