What to do if my Epiroc Power Tool hydraulic breaker does not start?
- EEdward ThomasJul 25, 2025
If the Epiroc Power Tool hydraulic breaker doesn't start, several factors could be at play. First, ensure that the pressure and tank hoses are correctly connected. Secondly, verify that the shut-off valves in the pressure and/or tank hoses are open. Also, check for any defective couplings that might be blocking the hoses and replace them if necessary. Furthermore, inspect the carrier engine speed, pump delivery, and pressure relief valve, ensuring the operating pressure is adequate. Adjust settings or replace defective parts as needed. Finally, high return pressure could be the culprit, so check and lower it accordingly.
