If you are haveing trouble setting up or running your
projector, first see Chapter 5, "Troubleshooting". If you
cannot resolve the problem, contact the appropriate
representative listed in the section entitled "After sales service
contact addresses" at the end of this manual.
Before you call, please have the following information ready:
• Product name
• Product serial number
• Computer configuration
• Description of the problem
