8. Attach the ribbon guide to the print head by sliding it in while inserting the guide pins until it
clicks into place.
Note:
Be sure that the ribbon is not twisted when you slide the ribbon guide into the print head.
9. Turn the ribbon-tightening knob to remove any slack in the ribbon so that the ribbon moves
freely.
