2.2.7 Removal of Pulley Set and Pressure Spring
1. Remove the Timing Belt from the Pulley Set. (Refer to Step 9 in the Removal of
Carriage Unit.)
2. Insert the flat-blade screwdriver into the engagement of the Pulley Set and Pressure
Spring, and remove the Pressure Spring.
3. Slide the Pulley Set to the rear, and remove it from the Lower Housing.

C A U T I O N
When removing the Pulley Set/Pressure Spring, fully be careful not to
push the Pressure Spring too much since the Pressure Spring may pop
out.
