1) Temperature Data register
This register can begin to read digital temperature data.
The temperature data are updated in an operation timing of the temperature compensation circuit.
You can make a conversion to a centigrade by temperature data by calculating in the following
expression .
Temperature[℃] = ( TEMP[ 7:0 ] * 2 – 187.19) / 3.218

This register is a setting register the voltage detection of VDD and built-in MOS switch of anti-countercurrent
control .
1) VDETOFF bit (Voltage Detector OFF)
This bit controls the voltage detection circuit of the main power supply VDD.


2) SWOFF bit (Switch OFF)
This bit controls the internal P-MOS switch for preventing back flow.
 For details, see "8.＊. *****Function".
3) BKSMP1, BKSMP0 bit (Backup mode Sampling time)
This bit controls the operation time when to be intermittently driven the VDD voltage detection.

