Follow the steps below if the printer keeps stopping and the H light turns on.
1. Press the H button, open the printer cover, and then open the ink cartridge cover.
2. Reinsert the cartridge that is indicated by the light.
3. Close the ink cartridge cover and then the printer cover.
If the problem continues, contact your local dealer or Epson support.
如果印表機仍然停止且 H 指示燈亮起，請依下列步驟操作。
1. 按下 H 鍵、打開印表機護蓋，然後打開墨水匣護蓋。
2. 裝回指示燈所示的墨水匣。
3. 依序闔上墨水匣護蓋及印表機護蓋。
如果問題仍持續，請洽詢 Epson 授權服務中心。
