VALVE ASSEMBLY
Check the inside and make sure no stuck dry ink blocks the ink t1ow paths (holes). If
such abnormality is seen. replace the assembly.

CAP HEAD
Check the surface
of the CAP HEAD. If it is not wet with ink, replace it with a new
one.
(If the pad is dry, it may be due to air infiltration caused by a cap shape
deformation or deterioration.)

FLUSHING BOX ASSY
Remove the Fl ushing Box Unit and contlrm the Ink path (hole) is OK . If stuck dry ink
blocks the path, carry out cleaning or replacement.
