Programming and Adjustments
To enter notes
In melody mode, the keypad is used to enter notes, pauses, etc. A
maximum of 40 notes can be programmed for incoming calls, and
20 notes for recalls.
This is how the keys are used:
Press to insert notes (1—9)
Note: A short press gives a short note, a long press gives
a long tone (displayed by a capital letter), +c and +d means
the higher octave.
* Press to insert a short pause (p)
Hold to get a long pause (P). Repeat to get a longer pause (pp...p).
0 Press to get a higher octave for the inserted note
A + is shown in front of the note to indicate the higher octave.
Example: 30 to get +e
# Press to increase or decrease the pitch for the inserted note
Press once for sharp pitch, twice for flat pitch and three times to
get the normal pitch.
V Press to move the cursor to the left or to the right
Keep pressed to go to the beginning or to the end.
s Press to listen to the entered notes
X Press to erase the note to the left of the cursor
Keep pressed to erase all the notes.

Grey digit = Long press.
Note: The
# key (to get a sharp or flat tone) is pressed after
the note, but is displayed before the note.
