1.1 Process Flow Description

Test Instruction, Mechanical. - If necessary, update the phone with
the latest software revision.
Continue with Manual test.
Manual test
Test Instruction, Mechanical. - To verify the phone, all test actions
must be performed.
If the phone fails continue with Trouble shoot, or if it passes
continue with Warranty seal.
Trouble shoot
Trouble Shooting Guide, Mechanical. – Trouble-shoot the phone
according to the guide for the most common faults.
If a fault is found, continue with Repair, otherwise continue with
Warranty seal and send the phone to higher level.
Repair
Working Instruction, Mechanical. - Repair the faulty phone
according to the instruction.
Continue with Manual test.
Warranty seal
Working Instruction, Mechanical. - Apply a warranty seal after
succeeded repair according to the instruction.
Return the phone to the customer or send to higher level.
