24. With at least two capable people, raise the backboard assembly
up and have the third attach Lower Board Arms to lower mounting
bracket on backboard using two bolts (#24), two plastic washers
(#5), four washers (#18) and two lock nuts (#4). See Figure 12.
NOTE: DO NOT over tighten these bolts. This is a pivot point.
Snug is tight enough.
25. Attach Upper Board Arms to upper mounting Bracket on backboard
using two bolts (#24), two plastic washers (#5), four washers
(#18) and two lock nuts (#4). See Figure 12.
