Product doesn't turn On. Power cable not plugged in. Plug shall be into power outlet.
Wrong SD card mounting Screen remains black at start-up
Open the produt and open the cover
to access the main board.
In the SD card location, remove it
and put it back so that the card
touches the pins.
Restart the product and, in the case
that it starts replace all the covers
back on.
If the product does not turn on
contact your local technical support.
If the problem has not been resolved after taking the measures listed above, contact your local distributor
immediately.
