When using air conditioning
equipment, the fan helps distribute
the cool air through the whole room.
When using an air conditioner in
heating mode, the fan helps draw the
warm air to the floor level.
Used on its own, the fan helps
distribute the ambient air through the
whole room.
When used with an open window,
the fan helps exchange the indoor
air with fresh air from outside.
When used with an open door,
the fan helps distribute the air
conditioned air to the next room.
When used to help dry clothes,
the fan helps accelerate the drying
process.
